Moulding Technician
Pertemps are recruiting for a Moulding Technician to join our client who began from humble beginnings. Having passed down over 70 years of innovation, our client is continuously creating breakthrough products to make their customers lives easier and more efficient. Due to growth, our client is looking for a Moulding Technician to join them in the workshop on a full time, permanent basis.
Moulding Technician Duties:
- To set and optimise the injection moulding process
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of development and production processes
- Provide support to tool design function when required
- To identify and resolve any issues with equipment
- Stand in as assistant manager as required
- To assist with training and develop of colleagues within the department
- To ensure the department fully complies with current Health and Safety Regulations maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- To carry out any reasonable tasks which fall within your capabilities
Moulding Technician Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong leadership experiance
- Ability to perform troubleshooting, repairing moulds, cleaning, and maintaining tooling
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards
Moulding Technician Package:
- Week 1) 5 days per week 7am - 7pm
- Week 2) 2 days per week 7am - 7pm
- Hourly rate £16.50 per hour
- 20% shift premium
