Mechanical Project Manager

We currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, leading a team of engineers and operatives to provide a professional, quality and customer-focused service.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Manage and monitor the financial performance of projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to
- Liaise with designers, surveyors and other external bodies
- Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are followed and that site safety is maintained
- Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget
- Regularly review progress and provide updates to senior management
- Monitor and manage the quality of workmanship
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role
- Proven experience of leading and managing the delivery of projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related trade background
- A valid driving licence
