Lettings Branch Manager

My client is a leading multi branch independent Estate Agent and are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead the team and drive service levels and business growth.

Lettings Management Duties:

  • With oversight of both front end lettings and property management you will take ownership of the lettings arm of the business and run it with a strong level of autonomy
  • You will lead from the front, building strong team cohesion and unity to achieve the desired goals
  • Measuring and managing your teams efficiency, productivity and drive, providing mentorship and training where needed
  • Reviewing departmental processes and setting clear objectives, to ensure consistency in the management of the property portfolio.
  • Ensuring your team work to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Overseeing the effective management of all end of tenancy objectives.
  • Dealing with any complaints escalated to management level, and ensuring swift resolution.
  • Managing and cultivating relationship with 3rd party service providers.
  • Drive business growth through service delivery, reputation, networking and canvassing strategies
  • Report directly to the senior management and working together to ensure department success and growth.
  • This is a management role but there will be a level of hands on involvement required in order to support your busy team

Lettings Manager - experience needed:

  • An experienced manager or Senior Property Manager/Team Leader/Lettings Manager with at least 3 years experience
  • This role requires knowledge and experience of both property management and front end lettings
  • Able to provide and ensure others provide, a high level of customer service.
  • Knowledgeable in lettings and up to date with industry legislation.
  • Proactive, approachable and supportive.
  • Highly organised, and capable of managing a team
  • Professional, articulate and proficient in problem resolution.
  • Hold a UK driving licence
  • Ideally hold ARLA qualification
