I am searching for an experienced Architectural Technician with creative design flare to join a knowledgeable team in Oxford. The friendly team have a strong focus on creating sustainable and client-led designs across residential and commercial projects. The team enjoy creating beautiful, yet practical buildings which exceed client expectations.
The successful Architectural Technician will have significant experience and will be confident running projects through all RIBA stages. You will enjoy leading a small team and you should have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. Revit proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Significant experience post qualification
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Proven experience running projects through all RIBA stages
- Confident preparing construction and tender packages
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Residential experience is beneficial
- Revit experience is essential
- Full, clean driving license
- Experience working on Passivhaus projects is beneficial
