The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to enhance a Fleet Group's success by increasing vehicle sales to discrete fleets. This role involves identifying and developing fleet prospects into loyal customers.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who excels independently and as part of a team, with proven B2B sales and account management experience. Our client is looking for someone with motor trade corporate sales experience to hit the ground running in this busty and exciting role.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Corporate Sales Manager:

Increase sales volume and profits through targeted fleet channels.

Build strong relationships with leasing partners, focusing on end users.

Spot potential new clients and manage accounts to maximise purchases within budget.

Handle key accounts, acting as the main contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Work with the fleet team to share insights and collaborate on sales opportunities.

Coordinate customer proposals with the Group Fleet Team.

Maintain regular contact through meetings, events, and virtual interactions.

Actively seek out new prospects and opportunities.

Keep the customer database current and accurate.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £30,000 + £65,000 OTE UNCAPPED!!

Company Car + Fuel Card + Phone + Laptop.

Monday to Friday working week.
