About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QC Analyst to oversee and deliver top-notch analysis services while helping our client push the boundaries of innovation in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely analysis services.
- Perform advanced analyses using NIRS and ICP-OES methodologies, preparing in-depth reports for stakeholders.
- Mentor and train colleagues, ensuring the team maintains a high standard of service.
- Work closely with the Laboratory Manager to strategise and meet company objectives.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, sharing insights and seeking research opportunities.
- Uphold strict laboratory standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.
- Proficient in analytical techniques, specifically NIRS and ICP-OES.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality.
- Strong organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
