About the Job:
As Head of Sales, you will manage project leads, oversee the development of offers and work directly with educational entities, partners and other stakeholders to secure projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent networking and relationship-building skills who can highlight the benefits of the company to both new and existing clients. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Solar PV, PPA and asset managements sales, with a track record of working successfully with councils, schools trusts and community groups.
- You will be responsible for managing, and converting project leads into successful, secure projects, driving the overall sales strategy and pipeline as well as oversee the generation and development of project offers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and financial targets.
- Responsible for training, supporting and leading the solar ambassadors (sales team), equipping them with the tools and knowledge.
- Network with key stakeholders, highlighting and communicating the benefits of the company to both new and existing clients, enhancing business reputation and value.
- Oversee the organization and storage of all project documents, ensuring accurate data handling and seamless communication through out the customer journey.
- Assess the financial aspects of project offers, facilitating a smooth transition tor project management without extensive renegotiation.
About you:
- Proven experience in Solar PV EPC, PPA and asset management sales.
- Prior experience working with councils, educational trusts and community organisations.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams
- Strong experience of networking, relationship building and communication skills.
