Business Administrator - Cyber Secruity

We are looking for a Business Administrator for a growing Cyber Security business in London.Reporting to the senior management team you will be responsible for a range supporting Finance, Operations and HR.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis with flexible working arrangements available. We are looking for a hands on candidate, who can manage a changing workload within a busy environment.

Key responsibilities:

HR & Operations

  • Efficiently manage company documentation including filing and updating files
  • Ensuring all administrative activities comply with the relevant company policies and procedures
  • Supporting senior management with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining employee records and documentation using Breathe HR
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters including scheduling interviews, arranging interviews and supporting with contracts and admin
  • Compiling data and generating reports for senior leadership team on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee demographics

Finance

  • Purchase and sales ledger invoice processing
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control - chasing outstanding payments via email and phone

Sales / Commercial / Facilities

  • Maintaining and updating company CRM with new opportunities and weekly pipeline reporting
  • Administering company website updates and improvements
  • Maintaining company Health and Safety records in line with compliance

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience within an Operational/Administration role
  • Any previous bookkeeping experience would be beneficial
  • Good with numbers and manipulating large amounts of data
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment adhering to deadlines
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • IT Proficient with strong MS Office 365 experience
  • Collaborative work approach and positive team player
