The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of Consumer products within the marketing and NPD department. They are responsible for developing, managing, and executing product strategies to enhance the company's brand, products and market share.

Description

  • Develop and execute product strategies in line with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products and increase market share.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee product development and manage product life cycle from concept to launch.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
  • Implement changes based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk associated with product portfolio.

Profile

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • Degree-level education in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the FMCG Consumer and/or Electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes and marketing strategies. Carving out Go-to-Market strategies alongside Sales, NPD, Marketing and Supply Chain disciplines
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Requirement to travel in to their offices in Solihull 3 days a week
