Description
- Develop and execute product strategies in line with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products and increase market share.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee product development and manage product life cycle from concept to launch.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
- Implement changes based on market research and customer feedback.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk associated with product portfolio.
Profile
A successful Product Manager should have:
- Degree-level education in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management within the FMCG Consumer and/or Electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes and marketing strategies. Carving out Go-to-Market strategies alongside Sales, NPD, Marketing and Supply Chain disciplines
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Requirement to travel in to their offices in Solihull 3 days a week
