Location: Medway
Salary: £120 to £250 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities for Religious Education Teacher:
- Develop and deliver thought-provoking and comprehensive Religious Education lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages students to explore different religious beliefs and ethical viewpoints.
- Assess, track, and report on the progress and attainment of students, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support the holistic development of students.
- Stay informed about current developments in Religious Education and integrate best practices into your teaching.
Requirements for the Religious Education Teacher:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and relevant qualifications in Religious Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary school level.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of each class.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Commitment to fostering a learning environment that respects diversity and encourages open dialogue.
