**About The Role:

Successful candidates will be based nearby to Epping, Romford or Ilford.

This is a field based role, working 4 days out and about and 1 day working from home.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our Client's presence in the private parking sector. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into lasting partnerships. This is your chance to shine and grow in a supportive, innovative environment!

The successful candidate will be required to travel and stay overnight once a month to attend the monthly sales meeting at the head office. Additionally, during the first three months, the candidate will undergo training which will necessitate spending a total of six nights away.

**Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Develop: Spot new business development opportunities and grow the market for new sites.
  • Drive Sales: Achieve monthly sales targets by generating new sales contracts.
  • Lead Generation: Find and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Pitch Perfect: Present our Client's products and services to potential new clients.
  • Brand Ambassador: Enhance the Company's profile and brand in your region.
  • KPI Management: Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs.
  • Client Feedback: Write reports, provide feedback, and forecast monthly accounts.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service and measure client satisfaction.
  • Regional Strategy: Implement regional advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with competitor activities and pricing tactics.
  • Knowledge Development: Enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing training.

**What Our Client Are Looking For:

  • Qualifications:

  • A formal Management Qualification is beneficial.

  • Educated to at least A Level or equivalent.

  • Full valid UK driving licence.

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude.

  • Comfortable with regular regional travel.

  • Smart and well-presented at all times.

  • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
