HRIS Project Manager

Interim role for 9 months
Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are now working with a large company in Leeds who are looking for a a strong HRIS Project Manager for a 9 month FTC.
The HRIS Project Manager will support the following:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from project scope through to deliverables, reviewing and monitoring progress throughout
- Work closely with key stakeholders, organising project management meetings and ensure requirements are signed off at all times
- Manage documentation as well as assess impacts on scope, budget and timelines
- Produce regular reports on risk as well as taking remedial action should issues or delays occur
The ideal candidate for the HRIS Project Manager role will have:
- A wealth of project management experience, with a recognised qualification (Prince2 / APM)
- Proven experience of implementing HR systems, ideally Workday, with the ability to develop project scope to delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders
