Harvey John are partnered with a thriving, multi-sited firm of solicitors to recruit a Legal Cashier for their largest office in Gravesend. This new position within the finance team has been created to accommodate the firm's recent growth.
As a Legal Cashier, your role will include contributing towards the accurate maintenance of: Client ledgers, petty cash records, disbursements, the firm's internal bookkeeping, bank account transfers and reconciliations, compliance and data management.
For this job, you'll ideally have: a minimum of 2 years of finance experience within a legal environment, be comfortable liaising with clients and people at all levels within an organisation, be accustomed to working to deadlines and without close supervision and uphold confidentiality and integrity at all times.
