As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations.
Your new role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Assist with preparing presentations, product samples, and sales support materials.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to National Account Managers.
- Manage UK/Export prices and maintain sales forecasting templates.
- Participate in admin support for new product launches.
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with market research and attend client meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a Sales Support/Administration environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Methodical and organised approach, even under pressure.
- A desire to improve and develop a career in sales.
- A full driving licence.
What you'll get in return
