Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship.
Salary: £18,000 per annum.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain Diversify World's Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and LinkedIn with compelling content that highlights our products and services.
- Work with the Head of Communications and Marketing to generate creative content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Maintain editorial oversight across the Diversify World website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Assist Marketing Team in creating proposals, marketing content, and course material.
Desirable skills:
- Comfortable being on camera and creating voiceovers for content.
- Can independently achieve social media goals.
- Have a passion for colonial and imperial history.
- A desire to create truly inclusive, diverse, and equitable professional spaces.
- Exceptional attention to detail in content creation and social media management.
- Strong written English skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ideally, some prior experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Personal qualities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends and practices. They will have a keen interest in colonial history and a broad knowledge of marginalised communities in Europe.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Typical working week:
10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
