Parts Advisor, Bath - £30,000 Basic salary + OTE +Overtime

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, plus Saturday mornings on a rota (paid extra at 1.5xhrly rate)

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department in Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurate parts identification, and efficient order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Accurately identify and source parts using the dealership's computer systems.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain an organised and well-stocked parts inventory.
  • Provide technical support to customers and technicians as needed.
  • Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including dealership management systems.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
