£45,000 Base plus OTE £30,000 + Target Bonus

AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnering with a top 25 Accountancy frim in the UK, to help find a Business development Manger to help facilitate the growth of the firm. The primary aim of this role is to drive new client acquisition within the Tech & Media sector, thereby enhancing their market position within the regional and London area.

You will devise and implement a tactical plan to achieve the annual new client acquisition target for the Tech & Media department, in alignment with the firm's overall strategic objectives.

You will be required to report to their Head of Department and will be supported by the firm wide Head of Strategy and marketing team. There will also be encouragement for horizontal integration with other departments to ensure consistency, idea sharing and best practices.

  • You will be the lead on new client acquisitions
  • You will seek new opportunities and enhance existing marketing channels (websites, introducers, events) for lead generation
  • You will devise and implement a tactical plan to win new Tech & Media clients, ensuring they align with their ideal client profile
  • You will leverage existing client relationships and external networks to increase referrals and drive growth
  • You will improve their market position by enhancing their online presence and brand awareness, collaborating with the regional marketing team, National marketing team and other company offices.
  • You will clearly communicate what sets this firm apart from competitors
  • You will develop expertise and understanding of the Tech & Media market and proactively share this knowledge internally
  • You will support the onboarding process for new clients
