Pertemps Didcot are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work in Didcot.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
- Handle internal and external B2B and Interior Design customer enquiries and complaints
- To take full ownership of a customer's enquiry and be positive and proactive in finding a solution
- To meet and exceed individual and team targets
- To maintain our service level agreement
- To feedback customer comments and issues and find creative solutions and suggestions to recurring problems
The Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Experience working in a call centre/customer service environment
- Excellent communicator, especially telephone manner
- Ability to provide a friendly, courteous, professional and positive service at all times
- Experience in a customer facing role
