Our client is a global law firm dedicated to serving the world's most innovative individuals and businesses. They are expanding their Employment division and seeking an Employment Paralegal to join their dynamic team.The ideal candidate will bring extensive tribunal experience and a track record of effectively managing their own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for employment tribunals, including compiling evidence, drafting witness statements, and conducting legal research.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, appeals etc.
- Support the progression of cases from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate closely with fee earners to prepare for employment tribunals, including compiling evidence, drafting witness statements, and conducting legal research.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, appeals, etc.
- Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm or equivalent setting.
- Extensive tribunal experience is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a significant caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with a high attention to detail.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a legal environment. Together with excellent client care and communication skills. You will have the capability to cope well under pressure, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and be able to keep to tight deadlines.
