Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial and Business Support team.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, including the preparation of necessary materials.
  • Maintain office systems and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle correspondence and queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Produce reports and presentations as required.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the induction process for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous property sector experience would be ideal.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
