We are working with an award-winning financial planning organisation to recruit an IFA Administration Team Leader. Our client is a reputable business who are currently undergoing a sustained period of growth, they are a well-known name in the industry and pride themselves on providing exceptional financial planning services to clients across to UK.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit an additional member of staff to join their financial planning team. The focus of this role is to help lead/manage a team of IFA Administrators whilst also delivering high quality support to Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the company's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help to lead/manage a team of IFA Administrators, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to support financial planners and paraplanners.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional service to clients, maintaining high standards and reputation.
- Coordinate and streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage team workloads, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction.
Our client is looking to recruit an individual with strong financial planning experience. Ideally you will already be working within a Team Leader/Management or leadership position. However, the client will also consider an experienced IFA Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and IFA administration processes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
