Our client is a telecommunications business offering business solutions to companies across the UK.
The role
- Outbound calling warm leads
- Conducting thorough fact finds with potential customers
- Working closely with the Account Managers to book appointments
- Generating new leads
- Ability to build relationships
- Diarising call backs
- Ensure your data base is up to date ad accurate
- Negotiate with customers when necessary
The candidate
- Minimum of 6 months telephony sales experience
- Confident
- Happy to work from the office full time
- Have a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Ability to think outside the box
- Problem solver
- Excellent customer service skills
