Description
The key responsibilities of this Part-time Payroll Manager role will be:
- You'll manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Keeping up with payroll legislation and regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for any queries or issues that come up.
- You'll work closely with clients, MRC and other stakeholders to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- You'll also be responsible for preparing and submitting monthly, weekly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports, auto enrolment and issuing the appropriate tax forms such as P45's, P60's and P11D's
Profile
A successful Part-time Payroll Manager should have:
- At least 2 years' experience in similar payroll/accountancy position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills to resolve employee payroll inquiries.
