Lettings Negotiator / Administrator

Our client is a boutique, independent estate agency based in West Byfleet, and they are currently looking for a part-time allrounder to join their friendly, hardworking team!

The company's experienced and skilled staff all live locally, which gives them a good understanding of the local community and housing market - something not all estate agents are able to offer. Their focus is always what is best for their customers.

This is a varied role where you will be responsible for the lettings administration, some property management, and you will also be expected to get involved in front-line lettings to support the lettings team as well. To be considered, you will have at least 1 years' experience within a strong independent estate agency as well as superb customer service skills.

Personal specification:

  • Previous lettings / property management / lettings administration experience
  • Any front-line lettings/sales experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Excellent IT/administration skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Outgoing, friendly personality
  • Team player
  • Full UK driving licence.

Our client is looking for someone to join them on a part-time basis, preferably Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, however, this is open for discussion.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £15,000 based on a 3-day week (£13 per hour).
