Description
- Oversee the marketing and communications mailboxes, using the team's assistance to swiftly and efficiently answer to requests and inquiries from both internal and external parties.
- Assist the Senior Communications and Marketing Officer in developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's forward planning calenders.
- You will collaborate with external designers to make sure that the marketing materials provided align with the brands guidelines.
- You will monitor and manage the intranet's news page, making sure staff members are informed when necessary.
- You will assist the Senior Communication and Marketing officer to monitor the organizations social media accounts by creating content that works alongside the campaign calander.
