Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for cloud technologies? We're seeking a skilled IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's dynamic IT Services team. This senior specialist role offers the chance to lead and support our client's cloud infrastructure initiatives, driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy robust cloud solutions using IaaS and PaaS components.
- Automate cloud management tasks, including provisioning, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security specialists and software developers, to design and implement secure, scalable cloud environments.
- Lead incident management, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of cloud services.
- Mentor and upskill team members in cloud technologies and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent certifications (e.g., AZ-104).
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and cloud security principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
