About the Role:
Search Consultancy is working with a renowned client to recruit a Stores Person for their site in North Ayrshire. In this role, you will be responsible in supporting the client's strategic priorities while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake your role in line with the client's priorities and company policies.
  • Work to deadline targets and provide effective customer service.
  • Perform any other required duties as instructed by Management or their representatives, in addition to role-specific tasks.
  • Using IT systems to process and review stock request documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a stores or warehouse role preferred.
  • Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license required.
  • Health and safety awareness required.
  • Manual handling awareness required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive rate of pay.
  • Minimum 6 month term
  • The possibility of contract extension.
  • A 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
