ABOUT OUR CLIENT

The organisation launched in 2021 in the form of community anti-racism Saturday breakfast clubs, which were rolled out for young people aged 11-14 across South London. Since then, they have grown their reach and impact quite rapidly and now their main focuses are:

  • Activism Academy – an out of school leadership programme for young people wanting to tackle racial injustice.
  • Pursuing national changes within the education sector – working with groups/schools/partners across the UK to ask central government for national changes to the curriculum.

Since launch, the organisation has been led by their Founder and Director – and are now seeking a dynamic, passionate individual to lead the growth of the organisation from a tiny organisation to a medium-sized organisation – both in terms of impact and annual income.

Your role will be pivotal in steering the organisation's growth, enhancing their reach, and deepening their impact in the fight against racism.
