Next Chapter Talent is working with a respected and fast-growing Facilities Maintenance provider to find a dependable and multi-skilled Multi-Trade Engineer to join their dynamic team. You'll be working across a diverse range of commercial sites throughout London and the South East, where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
- Completing a wide variety of fabric and handyman tasks, including:
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Painting, decorating, and general refurbishment
- Carpentry, flooring, and door repairs
- Office moves and manual handling (e.g. furniture adjustments)
- Using a smartphone/tablet system to manage and log your jobs
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients
- Always delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is:
- Practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- Experienced in general building or facilities maintenance (ideally across multiple trades)
- Confident working on their own and solving problems on the spot
- Organised, with good communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable using a mobile job system (training can be provided)
- Holding a full, clean UK driving licence
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience with RAMS, COSHH or other Health & Safety protocols
- Relevant trade certifications or NVQs (not essential)
