Seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for the Bromley office.

Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage file requests, create and update files, scan, shred, and process documents.
  • Handle archive and file management tasks.
  • Participate in lunch/holiday cover and telephone rota.
  • Maintain a tidy work area and assist with ad hoc duties.
  • May have to travel between offices as needed and handle post deliveries.

Customer Service:

  • Address inquiries from staff efficiently.
  • Communicate updates on file management.
  • Assist colleagues when needed.

Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors warmly and manage meeting rooms.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with attention to detail and able to work under pressure.

Hours:

Standard hours are 9am-5:30pm, with flexibility required as needed. Alternative hours may be considered.
