Job Description: We are looking for a qualified Civil Solicitor to join our growing client. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil law and be capable of managing a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of civil law cases, including property disputes, contract issues, and personal injury claims.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes.
- Representing clients in court and at tribunals.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of civil law and regulatory changes.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in civil law.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
