Position: Mobile Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Central London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £40,000 to £42,000 plus travel time, van and overtime
We are looking for an experienced electrical bias engineer with a strong commercial building services background for a full time permanent position covering inside the M25 and London
This position will be dealing with all of the on site electrical planned and reactive maintenance that will include emergency lighting, alarm checks, test and date test inspection.
Due to the nature of the site we do require this engineer to have some experience with plant rooms, ahu's and a strong knowledge of compliance
We do require this engineer to have a minimum of a level 2 electrical qualification and 17th/18th Edition.
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial electrical maintenance
- Minimum of a level 2 electrical qualification
- Must have 17thor 18thEdition
- Test and inspect would be a major advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- Able to deal with other areas of building services maintenance
- Experience dealing with legionella testing
