Product Configuration Analyst
Arcus Search are proud to support a global Insurance Broker, on searching for an adaptable and communicative Product Configuration Analyst from an API-enabled environment, to drive their digital trading capabilities.
You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to help drive success across their internally build data and trading platform, help them configure and tailor their existing product base, meeting and gathering requirements from various broking stakeholders to create efficient and effective ways of product usage and maturity.
Role Responsibilities:
- Utilise product configuration capabilities to build and modify insurance products according to business needs and market needs.
- Understand business requirements relating to product definition and data models.
- Define and manage product specifications using JSON files
- Ensure configurations meet functional and technical requirements.
- Engage with product managers and technical teams to ensure that product configurations are aligned with customer needs.
- Document configured products
- Improve product configuration processes, understanding the needs of the emerging trends in the market to enhance product offering.
- Contribute to a constantly evolving understanding of how insurance contracts should be modelled in data
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in JSON and experience with any product configuration tools.
- Insurance experience desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and product features
- Prior experience in product management or business analysis is beneficial, though not a pre-requisite
