Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our outbound sales activities. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and ensure client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies and collaborating with other departments to align sales objectives with company goals.

About the Role:

You will lead outbound sales initiatives to generate new leads and opportunities and develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed targets.

In this role you will skilfully close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding team.

You will be involved in Sales Conversion taking leads form Business Development Executives and converting them into successful sales. You will also lead on product demonstrations where you will conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

Overseeing account management and helping fostering long-term business relationships are part of the role.

Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Law Software or Property Technology or FinTech sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of sales processes, particularly in outbound sales, are essential.
