?? Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Civil Enforcement Officer to join their team! As a Senior Civil Enforcement Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective enforcement of the Council's Traffic Management Orders.
?? Key responsibilities include:
- Providing on-street supervision to the CPE workforce, monitoring street furniture, and conducting site visits.
- Supporting CEOs on the street and taking responsibility for enforcing parking regulations by issuing penalty charge notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention.
- Monitoring and highlighting staff attendance and performance, identifying on-street problems, and initiating corrective action.
- Identifying training and development needs, conducting on-street training, and supervising employee development.
- Planning work to maximise resource utilisation.
- Ensuring the security, proper issue, and effective maintenance of stock levels of materials, equipment, and vehicles.
- Liaising with local police and other services regarding illegal parking and special events.
- Assisting in developing the service to meet corporate objectives.

- A strong understanding of Traffic Management Act 2004 and parking enforcement procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide great customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
- A valid driving licence.
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake patrols on foot or by vehicle.
- Experience in managing and resolving conflicts and difficult situations.
