Retail Team Leader
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a confident and bubbly Team Leader for our well-established client based in Sheffield. This is a full-time position offering excellent rates of pay.

Shifts - Working any 5 days out of 7 (You will work 2 weekends a month) You will work any hours between 09:30am - 19:00pm
Pay Rate - Monday to Saturday £12.84 per hour Sundays - £15.80

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store
- Greet customers and ensure every customer has an exceptional customer service experience every time
- Deal with customer complaints positively and promptly within company guidelines
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection and product performance to customers
- Answer customer sales queries and questions positively
- Deal with returns and refunds and maintain records as appropriate
- Manage stock control and ensure accuracy of the stock data on a day to day basis
- Report any discrepancies, problems, or stock issues to the Store Manager
- Stock the Retail space with merchandise as appropriate on a daily basis
- Responsibility for the site security and key holding, locking up and opening up procedures

Training:
- Full training will be provided by the client along with ongoing support throughout
