- Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans for children
- Provide support and supervision to children during classroom activities and outdoor playtime
- Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students
- Assist with maintaining classroom materials and organising learning spaces
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other developmental disabilities
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for working with children with autism or other special needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from the lead teacher
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young children
