About Us: My client is a leading Construction company specialising in major Construction projects around the UK. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects and are seeking a skilled Project Manager with dry lining experience to join there dynamic team.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our dry lining projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dry lining and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee dry lining projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project life cycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with specific expertise in dry lining.
  • Strong understanding of dry lining techniques, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management and construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Dry Wall and managing multiple projects.
