Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our dry lining projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dry lining and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee dry lining projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project life cycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with specific expertise in dry lining.
- Strong understanding of dry lining techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management and construction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Dry Wall and managing multiple projects.
