Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner.
- Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate activities.
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of the children at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
- Follow nursery policies and procedures.
- Be punctual and reliable for shifts.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Experience/Requirements:
- Hands on experince looking after children aged 0-5 years (Must be confident to work with babies, toddlers & Pre-schoolers)
- Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
- A passion for working with children and helping them develop.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and personalities.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
- Aware of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and safety procedures - Safeguarding course wukk be provided
Job Types:

Salary: £12.82 - £14.64 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Hands on experience working with Babies, Toddlers & Pre-schoolers (Personal or professional)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
