The Role:

Join a dynamic and supportive team of 5 fee earners

Work on high-value residential property matters (ranging from £400k to £6 million)

Assist the Head of Residential Property with complex conveyancing transactions

Manage your own caseload, including:

Sales and Purchases
-
Development work
-
Remortgages
-
Equity Release Schemes
-
Transfers of Equity
-
Matrimonial Conveyancing
-
Leasework

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2+ years of conveyancing experience
- Proven ability to handle a broad caseload of residential property matters
