Temporary Finance Assistant

We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our client's dynamic finance team in the Electronics industry. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing balance sheets, accounts payable, and month end. Your ability to keep organised records and effectively handle accounts receivable and payable will be critical to your success in this role.
This is a temporary position initially lasting around 6 - 8 weeks. This role does have the potential to go permanent depending on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and tax payment processing.
- Oversee purchase and sales ledger.
- Oversee client accounts and ensure timely invoice creation, sending, and follow-up.
- Collect and review data for financial reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
