Administrator Responsibilities:
- Carry out all administration tasks, supporting the Administration Manager and wider administration team
- Support with sales administration tasks, which include processing sales orders and purchase orders, entering data to the CRM, and ensuring all data is accurate
- Collaborate with suppliers to produce estimates and raise invoices
- Handle all administration related to customer projects, creating and amending documents, ensuring all jobs are accurately recorded, and maintaining all files
- Assist customers and suppliers with general enquiries and issues, providing a swift resolution in a professional manner
- Order required goods and maintain an up-to-date record of goods-in
- Help the logistics team by arranging transport, coordinating deliveries, and taking payments
Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Strong administration skills, which have been gained in a previous administration role
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, can work with accuracy and is happy to adhere to processes
- Confident building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- IT literate, confident in using all Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
