Part Time Office Coordinator

  • Monday to Friday
  • 30 hours per week (please only apply if you are specifically looking for part time!)
  • Ideally 8.30am - 1.30pm but flexible slightly for the right person
  • Option to wfh on occasions once probation is completed.

A fast growing business near Borough Station, are looking to recruit an Office Coordinator - who will quickly become that "go to" person for anything office related!

You will be the company's first point of contact - so it's crucial that you have superb communication skills and enjoy speaking to people - as well as being super organised and enjoy getting stuck in to different projects. The role is a mixture of office management, events and HR!

Responsibilities will involve:

  • Basic reception duties
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintaining supplier relationships
  • Managing office contracts
  • Supporting HR with onboarding and HR admin
  • Organising company summer / winter parties
  • Arranging company bonding days out
  • Supporting Directors with any admin
