We are pleased to be working with an excellent SME Company based in Bradford and are looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be joining a team of 4 and reporting into the Finance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to do a varied role.
Duties:
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasting
- VAT returns
- Purchase ledger; processing and matching invoices to a high standard
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations
- Assisting with month end; accruals/prepayment
- Assisting with management accounts
- Assisting balance sheet reconciliation
- Liaising with payroll bureau and submitting time sheets and information
- Other adhoc duties
