As a Qualified Teacher with Aspire People, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools throughout Shrewsbury. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning space.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational standards.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
