We have partnered with a global learning consultancy firm that specialise within the financial services arena. Our client is looking for an talented Learning Consultant that experience to join their busy team.
Please note: This is a fully remote role and the duration is until 09th December 2024 with a view of extension.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Learning Consultant Role:
- Consulting with SMEs and key working group members to build out and design solutions based on the outcome of LN
- Help stand up & run coaching CoE to support VS mobilisation
- Plan and help execute recommendations within the agreed time frame, includes proof of concept and pilots as appropriate
- Gather and consolidate feedback following pilots/ tests
- Help identify internal coaches & existing skill levels for VS mobilisation
- Review existing Agile (or other related, eg- leadership) learning resources and provide recommendations and build on uplift and alternative solutions as appropriate
- Track and report to stakeholders, as required
- Design solution to bridge the gap between desired & existing coach skill
Key information about the Learning Consultant Role:
- Salary - £350.00 per day
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm – Remote
