A Financial Services Administrator is required to work for our Clients, a respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers. With three offices based throughout Greater Manchester, and forming part of one of the largest firms of Wealth Managers in the UK, our Client offers first class training and support and ongoing career development.

A new opportunity is now available for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their professional Altrincham office. The successful Candidate will be responsible for;

  • Based on the front desk with another team member
  • Answering, transferring calls and taking messages where relevant
  • Running reports for annual reviews and liaising with advisers to identify which clients need booking in
  • Calling clients to make them aware that there annual financial review is due with the aim of booking the appointment in the adviser's calendar
  • Preparing financial review packs
  • Running reports on client birthdays and sending digital e-cards on behalf of advisers
  • Organising client gifts as and when requested
  • Ad-hoc general administration tasks

Must have excellent telephone manner and confident speaking to clients (happy disposition). Candidates applying must have previous experience working within professional services and be used to speaking with a variety of clients. Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with HNW Individuals.
