We are currently looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join a successful Managed Service Provider in County Durham. With a headcount approaching 50, they are well established in their field, boasting multiple offices and clients ranging from 10 to 2000 users.
As a Senior IT Engineer, you will work on escalated tickets and will work extensively with the latest Office 365 and Azure products.
You will then have the opportunity to support projects regularly working with clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Managed Services
- Technical knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing - Office 365, Azure
- Experience with Cisco and Fortigate
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
