Front of House Administrator

My client is an exciting, vibrant, and thriving organisation seeking a forward thinking front of house professional to join their fantastic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include:

Being first point of contact for all clients on the reception

Be responsible for the upkeep and appearance of the reception area

Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and customers

Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and diary is up to date for bookings

Maintenance checks and reporting when necessary

Liaise on behalf of clients with external suppliers to ensure a high level of service is met

General cleaning and sanitisation

To be considered the ideal candidate will:

Be well presented with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Excellent communication skills and experience within the customer service industry

Be hardworking with a proactive, professional attitude.

Have the ability to show initiative with a 'can do' attitude.

Strong MS Office skills in Word and Excel
