About The Role

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with constructing insulated panel structures and installing associated flashings, trims, and doors. This role involves interpreting construction drawings and specifications to plan building activities. The ideal candidate will have multi-trade experience and will undertake a range of building/fabric and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct insulated panel structures and install associated flashings, trims, and doors.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to plan building activities.
  • Undertake various building and maintenance tasks.
  • Travel to different sites based in and around Exeter, with occasional overnight stays required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements:

  • Ideally experience in constructing insulated panel structures.
  • Ideally experience in installing associated flashings, trims, and doors.
  • Multi-trade experience with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks.
  • High standard of workmanship with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • IPAF certification required.
